Your profile#
Your Profile, in the account menu at the top right, holds your name, email address, picture, language and time zone, and follows you across every team you're on. New accounts confirm their email address before signing in. You can be an admin of up to 3 teams (see Usage limits). Your time zone sets your quiet hours, so check it if pings arrive at the wrong time. The same menu has Change password, and the profile links to Manage email addresses.
Exporting your conversations#
Admins on the Team plan can download a team's data under Reports → Export CSV: every Message, or Usage stats. Do this before you delete a team if you want to keep a copy.
Deleting things#
Team admins can delete any of these, and it can't be undone:
- A bot: Bots, then the trash icon next to it. Your knowledge stays.
- Knowledge: open the source and delete it, or remove a single file from a Files source. Bots stop answering from it.
- An AI key: Bots → Your own AI keys. Bots that used it go back to tufu's AI.
- The whole team: Members and settings → Delete team, then type the team's name to confirm. This deletes the team's bots, knowledge, files and conversations, including your visitors' conversations, cancels its subscription and removes its saved card.

Leave or delete your teams first, then email us from your account's address and we'll delete your account:
Your visitors' data#
When a visitor chats with your bot, you're in charge of that conversation and tufu processes it for you (see the Data Processing Addendum). If a visitor asks you to delete their conversation, email us with the details. Visitors who contact tufu directly are pointed back to you.
