Starts on keywords or a plain-words “when”, asks for text, an email, a phone number, a number or a choice that can branch, then saves a lead, offers a booking, sends a webhook or hands off.

A bot with knowledge, and a few minutes in the Playbooks tab. Templates cover a call booking, qualifying a lead, a quote request, and an order problem handed to a person.

How it works
Build one in four steps.
- 01Open the bot's Playbooks tab and start from a template, or describe it in one sentence and get a draft.
- 02Edit the steps in a single column. The preview beside it shows how the chat will read, with a switcher for each branch.
- 03Try it as your customer. The sandbox runs the draft, so nothing changes for visitors yet.
- 04Publish. Each publish keeps a version you can restore, the last twenty of them.

Before you start.
What if the visitor goes off topic?
The bot answers the side question from your docs, then comes back to the step it was on. The server keeps the order and checks each answer, not the AI.
What if an answer keeps failing?
After three failed tries the conversation goes to a person, with what was collected so far, so nobody is stuck in a loop.
Does a playbook cost extra answers?
No. A reply the bot sends is one answer, whatever steps or actions it ran. Saving a lead or sending a webhook adds nothing.
Where do I see how it's doing?
Each playbook shows its runs, how many finished and how many were handed off, and how many people reached each step, so you can see where people leave.
