tufu 2 keeps what tufu was built on: your docs answer first, and you answer from your pocket. It adds three things.
It does the next step#
Answering isn't always the end of a conversation. tufu 2 can take the step after it, and still hands off to a person with everything attached when that's what's needed.
- Booking links. When a visitor wants to talk, the chat offers your Calendly or Cal.com link with their name and email already filled in, on every plan. See Bookings.
- Bookings in Google Calendar. On Team, the chat offers real free times from your calendar and books the one the visitor picks.
- Playbooks. A few questions in your own words, then a booking, a lead or a handoff.
It's wherever your customers are#
- Telegram. Your own Telegram bot answers from your docs;
/humanbrings the chat to your inbox. - A direct link and a help page. One link to share, or to frame in a page of your site. Opened on its own it's a help page: the Ask box, the questions people ask most, and a way to reach you.
- tufu in your own Claude. On Team, Claude Code or Claude Desktop can list what needs you, read a conversation and reply, with an API key whose scopes you choose. See MCP.
- The Ask bar. The Ask console as a bar at the bottom of every page, from Put it on your site or the WordPress plugin.
It looks things up#
- Look it up. On Team, the bot can look up a signed-in visitor's order or account in your own system, read-only, and see only the fields you allow. See Look it up.
It's safe to change#
- Write your own answers. Text and question-and-answer knowledge right in tufu.
- A daily summary. Every morning: what the bot answered, what it handed off, and who's still waiting.
Everything on this page is in the changelog with the day it arrived.
