For property managers and rentals

“What's the Wi-Fi?” at 11 p.m. Answered from your guide, not your phone.

Guests ask the same things every stay: how to get in, where to park, how the heating works, when to check out. It's all in your house guide, and nobody reads it. tufu answers from the guide in a second, day or night, and brings you in only when something is actually wrong.

What to know

  • What it does for you

Answers check-in, parking, appliances, local tips and house rules from your guide, per property, on a page you send guests or in Telegram, and hands anything broken or urgent to whoever is on call.

  • What it needs

Each property's guide as knowledge: a page, a PDF or text you paste into tufu. One bot per property keeps the Wi-Fi password of one flat out of another's answers.

  • Which plan

Team brings Telegram, routing to whoever is on call, reminders when nobody has replied, and up to 20 properties, each with its own bot.

How it works

One guide, answered every stay.

  1. 01Add each property's guide. Write the answers people ask about most as question and answer pairs, right in tufu, so the Wi-Fi and door codes come back exactly as you wrote them.
  2. 02Send guests the bot's direct link with their booking confirmation: one link, nothing to install, opens on their phone.
  3. 03Connect a Telegram bot with your property's name: guests message it like a person, and /human brings the chat to your inbox.
  4. 04Set who's on call with routing, and a reminder time: if nobody has replied to a guest by then, the whole team is told.

Questions

Before you start.

Is it safe to put door codes in?

Anything you add can be given to anyone who chats with that bot, so treat it like your guide. Keep codes that change per stay out of it, and send those with the booking instead.

My guests don't speak English.

The chat's buttons and labels follow the guest's browser in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Arabic, and you can tell the bot which language to answer in.

Does it work in a guest group chat?

In a Telegram group it stays quiet and answers only when someone mentions it, replies to it or sends /human.

Something's broken at night. Then what?

The guest asks for a person, and whoever is on call gets an email or a Slack message and replies from their phone; the reply shows up in the same chat.
