How it works
Live on your site in four steps.
- 01Add your website as knowledge. tufu reads it, and writes a few suggested questions from what it found.
- 02Open your bot's Look tab: pick one brand color, the button's shape and label, and a greeting bubble if you want one. tufu checks every color pair is readable.
- 03Copy the script and the chat element from Put it on your site, and paste them into your site's template.
- 04Open your site. Put it on your site changes to Live on your address by itself, and the setup checklist ticks, the first time the bubble loads there.

Will it slow my site down?
No. The script is a small module that runs after your page's HTML, the chat itself loads in a frame only when someone opens it, and it uses fonts your visitors' devices already have.
What happens when it doesn't know?
It says so instead of guessing and offers Talk to a human. The question lands in Knowledge gaps, ranked by how many people asked it, so you answer it once.
Can I keep it off some pages?
Yes. Where it appears takes the paths to show it on or hide it from, and the sites allowed to embed it, with no change to your site.
Does it work in dark mode?
Yes. The chat follows each visitor's light or dark preference, or stays one way if you set its theme.
