For hosting and game servers
Players ask at 2 a.m. Your knowledge base can answer.
Hosting customers ask the same things at every hour: how to install a mod, change a version, open a port, find their files. tufu answers those from your guides and wakes nobody unless a person is really needed.
Free US$0 · Starter US$19 · Team US$49 · Scale US$249 a month. One price for the whole team. No seats, ever.
What to know
What it does for you
Answers how-to questions in your Discord server, your site's chat and your support inbox, from the same guides, and passes outages, refunds and broken servers to whoever is on duty.
What it needs
Your knowledge base or wiki as a source, and for Discord someone allowed to manage the server, since Discord asks them to approve the bot joining it.
Which plan
Free answers on your site and by email. Team adds Discord, Slack, business hours and routing, and Scale adds free installation help.
How it works
Set it up for round-the-clock questions.
- 01Add your knowledge base as a website source. Guides that change often can be read again with one press, or every week on Team.
- 02In Settings → Integrations, connect your Discord server and choose which channels the bot answers in and which it stays quiet in.
- 03Set your business hours. Outside them, a customer who asks for a person is told when you're back and asked for an email, so your reply still reaches them.
- 04Set the reminder time for waiting handoffs. Reminders go to the whole team, so nothing waits on one person who's asleep.

Goes well with
Questions
Before you start.
Will it ping our whole Discord?
Never. It replies in a thread and won't tag everyone, a role or a person, whatever a member types. Your team hears about handoffs by email or in Slack, not in the server.
What if a customer's server is actually down?
That's a job for a person. The customer presses Talk to a human, or the bot hands off when your guides can't help, and the conversation waits under Needs you with a summary.
Can a spam wave of emails burn our answers?
No. tufu takes a limited number of emails an hour from one sender and per bot, and ignores bounces, auto-replies and mailing lists, so a flood of email can't use up your month.
We have games with very different guides. One bot?
Give each its own. On Team you can run several bots, each with its own knowledge, and give a Discord channel its own bot.
Set it up before your next support email.
Free to start, no card needed. Point it at your site and it's answering in about ten minutes.
