How it works
Set it up per bot, in three steps.
- 01Open Inbox → Bookings → Booking setup and pick the bot.
- 02Paste your booking link, or press Connect Google Calendar and allow both permissions. tufu reads when you're busy and the calls it booked, and adds only the events it books.
- 03Say what it books. Events are titled with that and your team's name, never the visitor's words, and the visitor gets the invite.

What if the time was just taken?
A visitor can only pick a slot the bot offered, and tufu looks at your calendar once more the instant they press it. If someone got there first, new slots appear.
How do people move or cancel?
In the calendar, like any event; the visitor can decline from their invite. tufu reads it back, so a cancelled or declined booking never counts in your numbers.
Is there a limit per visitor?
Up to three bookings a day per visitor, and every booking needs an email for the invite to go to.
Where do bookings show up?
Under Inbox → Bookings, in the conversation's timeline, beside the lead on Leads, and in a booking.created webhook if you want it elsewhere.
