tufu for Google Calendar
Someone wants a call. The bot books it. Straight into your calendar.
No back and forth about when suits. The bot checks when you're busy, offers a handful of free slots in the visitor's own time zone, and puts the one they pick in your diary.
Free US$0 · Starter US$19 · Team US$49 · Scale US$249 a month. One price for the whole team. No seats, ever.
What to know
What it reads and writes
Two calendar permissions only, to see when you're busy and to add events. tufu reads your busy times and the calls it booked, nothing else, and creates nothing but those calls.
What it needs
A Google account to connect, and a description of the call: its length, free time either side, the least notice you need, how far ahead people can book, your hours and your time zone.
Which plan
Booking in your calendar is part of Team. A plain booking link works on every plan.
How it works
Set it up once per bot.
- 01Go to Inbox, then Bookings, then Booking setup, choose Connect Google Calendar and allow both permissions on the consent screen. A grant missing either one is turned down and nothing is stored.
- 02Turn on Book times in Google Calendar for the bot and describe the call, including where it happens: a Google Meet link, a phone call, or a place you describe.
- 03Try it in the chat. The bot asks for an email if it hasn't got one, since the invite goes there, then shows up to six times as buttons.

Questions
Before you start.
What if two people pick the same slot?
Only a time the bot offered can be booked, and it's checked against your calendar again at that moment. If it has just gone, the visitor gets fresh times instead.
What does the event say?
What it books and your team's name, such as Demo call · Acme, never the visitor's own words. The visitor is invited as a guest and can't add others.
How do I move or cancel one?
In your calendar, like any event; the visitor can decline from their invite. tufu reads the event back, so a cancelled or declined call never counts in your numbers.
Can someone fill my week with fake bookings?
A visitor can book three times a day at most, an email is needed every time, and attempts from one network are capped daily too.
Set it up before your next support email.
