For coaches and consultants

Answer the curious. Qualify the serious. Talk only to the people who fit.

Most of your inbox is the same five questions about price, format and time commitment, and a few people you'd love to work with. tufu handles the five questions from your sales page, asks the fit questions you'd ask on a call, and sends the good fits straight to your booking page.

What to know

  • What it does for you

Explains your programs, packages, refunds and schedule from your own pages with a link to each source, then runs a short fit check and offers your discovery call.

  • What it needs

Your sales page, program pages and FAQ as knowledge, and a Calendly or Cal.com page for discovery calls. For a course, the curriculum page too, so the bot can say what's in each module.

  • Which plan

Starter covers a practice of one: 3 playbooks, the lead form and the daily summary. Team is for a practice with several coaches: routing, your own lead questions and alerts.

How it works

Set up your fit check in an afternoon.

  1. 01Add your sales page, program pages and FAQ. Ask the bot what your coaching costs and what the format is, and fix any page that answers it badly.
  2. 02Start from the Qualify a lead template: what they want to work on, where they are now as a choice, and how soon they want to start.
  3. 03Let an option jump ahead: someone who picks 'just exploring' skips to your free resources instead of the call.
  4. 04End with your discovery call link and a Save as lead step, so you have their answers before the call starts.

Questions

Before you start.

Will it sell for me?

It answers from your pages and runs the questions you wrote. It doesn't invent offers or discounts, and it says so when your pages don't cover something, then offers a person.

I sell a course, not calls. Does it still help?

Yes. Put the Ask console on your course pages so students and buyers get answers from your curriculum and FAQ, and keep the playbook for people who want a call.

Can I tweak the questions without breaking anything?

Changes wait in a draft that you can try as a visitor first. Publishing keeps a version, so you can go back to the last one if a change doesn't work.

What happens when someone answers nonsense?

Every answer is checked: an email has to be an email, a choice has to be one of the options. After three answers it can't accept, the conversation goes to you.
